As a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will assist clients with inquiries about automotive products and services, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings to deliver accurate and helpful information.
  • Document customer interactions to aid in identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on automotive developments and best practices.
  • Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the automotive industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A friendly and professional demeanor to foster positive client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
