Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding electronics products.
• Manage inquiries and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot product-related problems and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products to assist clients effectively.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with product trends and features.

• Fluent in Polish (both spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector, is preferred.
• Genuine interest in technology and electronic products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to embrace a new lifestyle while living in Greece.
